The month of planning package is designed to ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly and is stress-free. In this package, you are getting all those final touches. I will support you in the last leg before the big day. Not a single detail is overlooked. As your day-of coordinator, I manage all logistics, oversee vendor arrivals and setup, handle any last-minute issues, and ensure that everything adheres to your vision. From the ceremony to the reception, I handle all the details, allowing you and your loved ones to enjoy every moment of your special day without worry. 

Partial Planning

Partial Planning The partial planning package provides couples with guidance and support on key aspects of their wedding while allowing them the flexibility to handle certain tasks themselves. This option is ideal for those who want professional advice and assistance with complex aspects of wedding planning but prefer to take a more hands-on approach to some of the details. This partial planning package balances professional support with the couple's personal involvement in their wedding.

    • -Curate a cohesive wedding design from florals to table settings

    • -Collection of Inspiration and creation of Design Presentation

    • -Execution of vision for design and style

    • -Sourcing decor, rentals, and stationary for ceremony and reception spaces 

    • -Coordination of pickup for rentals and other needs

    • -Creation of Invitation Suits (printing cost not included)

    • -Stationary Design for Ceremony and Reception (printing cost not included) 

    Rehearsal Dinner Coordination: up to 2 hours 

    • -Ceremony Rehearsal 

    • -Coordinate with officiant and bridal party

    Day-of-Coordination: up to 14 hours

    • -Oversee Full Set up and Tear Down 

    • -Coordinate details + times with all the vendors

    • -Point of contact for all vendors

    • -30-minute break during dinner service, with a meal provided.

    • -Coordinating the bridal party on the wedding day

    • -Direct Ceremony and Reception Flow

    • -Greeting and Directing Guests 

    • -Provide a wedding day emergency kit, card box, cake stand, and cake knife

    The Day's After

    • -Oversee and coordinate, with vendors that all decor and rentals are returned

    • -Ensure that all personal items are packed up safely

    • -Review Follow Up

    • -20 hours of planning (will be tracked and can be used how you wish, as we reach 20 hours you will have the option to add more)

    • -Creation of Floor Plan and Seating Arrangements

    • -Final Planning Meeting (about 45 days out from the wedding)

    • -Final Vendor Meetings

  • How it works:

    1. You will recieve a personalized Stationary Checklist to choose from

    2. Creation of a cohesive design for all stationary to match style and colors 

    3. Revisions and Approval before going to printers

    4. Coordinate delivery or pickup of your items. 

    5. Set up by me as part of your wedding package 

     

    Hourly Design Time:
    My time spent designing, sourcing, coordinating, and customizing will be billed at your contracted hourly rate.

    Printing Costs:
    Includes the cost of printing through professional or local vendors. I’ll present quotes in advance for your approval.

    Materials & Supplies:
    Includes things like specialty paper, ribbon, wax seals, or acrylic stands. All will be added to your invoice.
